As an exhibitor you will get the exhibitor manual for Messukeskus with all of the practical information such as opening hours, rules when moving in and out, construction rules, cleaning, furniture, hotel and more. You can also find the exhibitor manual by clicking on the link below.
Badges/ Exhibit card
You can find your exhibiter cards at emessukeskus
If you work in the stand, print your exhibit card. The cards are to be worn throughout the trade fair as well as moving in and out.
After work 11.3. 4:30 pm – 7 pm
After Work at the Sign, Print & Pack event will be held after Pactec 11.3. from 4:30 pm in exhibition halls 1,2 & 3. There will be live music and exhibitors can invite customers to their department. If you would like to order catering for your department, please contact Fazer sales service: firstname.lastname@example.org or call + 358 40 4503252 (open weekdays 9-16). The products and their prices can be found in the attached Price List.

Cleaning and waste management

Trams from the centre of Helsinki: 7 and 9. Ticket sales on trams to end on 1 February. From 1 February, tram drivers will no longer sell tickets. Single tickets must be bought before boarding a tram, for example via a mobile app or from a ticket machine. Hämeentie redevelopment work causes changes in tram routes.
Buses: 506 and 69 to Messukeskus, and buss 551 from Espoo to Pasila railway station
Trains: all local and long-distance trains (except Allegro trains) stop at Pasila railway station, just a 300-metre walk from Messukeskus.
Taxi: A taxi rank can be found in front of Messukeskus. Taxis are allowed to drive right up to the entrance.
Airport: I and P trains run from the airport to the nearby Pasila railway station. The journey takes around 30 minutes, and trains leave every 10 minutes in the daytime. By taxi, you can reach Messukeskus in 15–20 minutes.
Cruise ships: You can travel to Helsinki by ship from Stockholm, Tallinn, St Petersburg and Travemünde.

Messukeskus has adopted the barrier-free Autopay parking system by EuroPark as of 1 January 2019. EuroPark will be responsible for charging the parking fees as of 1 January 2019. The new system is based on identifying vehicle registration plate numbers during entry and exit. The barrier-free parking system is used both in the Messukeskus Car Park and the Conference Car Park. Note: The reform does not apply to car park of the Holiday Inn Helsinki – Expo hotel. EuroPark is responsible for charging the parking fees.
